What is Coop Coach
and why do I want it?
Every month you will receive two training series. Each of these trainings will have 5-10 minutes of video training, support documentation, a quiz, and tips for the trainer. All you do is watch it, add your written policies and assign it. Next time you get an audit and they ask you to demonstrate that you have done company specific policy training; check!
Will my people watch
the training videos?
In a word, yep. It's great training. Not to mention, using The Coop you will be able to assign the training to all of your people, notify them they have a training to complete, set as many reminders as you like (they stop when someone completes their training!), and you have all the reports you need to follow up with those that aren't getting the job done!
How do I know if
we'll like the topics?
That's pretty easy! There are two ways you know you'll love the topics. 1) We never film Coop Coach videos more than several weeks before they are released so the topics are always timely and relevant. 2) We have a list of all the trainings currently available so you can see for yourself! How easy is that?!?
