About Our 20-hour PE Course
This course will prepare you to begin working in residential mortgage lending. We’ll guide you through the NMLS-approved pre-licensure topics with a fresh and investigative approach. You’ll learn about the federal laws that directly impact your job and the way you do business, traditional and non-traditional mortgage products and features, being an ethical loan originator, the origination process, and analyzing borrower data.
The Knowledge Coop’s Pre-licensure Education (PE) is an online instructor-led course. You’ll work through videos, activities, case studies, class discussions (Zoom), and homework assignments.
