In 2003, he launched Broker Knowledge Group to address the lack of training in the industry. This led to the creation of Knowledge Coop in 2012, a collaborative platform revolutionizing industry education. Ken is recognized for his dynamic speaking style and deep industry knowledge, covering regulatory changes and emerging trends. He also hosts the "Lessons From Last Time" podcast, sharing insights and stories of resilience and growth. Ken and his wife live in Camas, WA, with their three children nearby.
